Role DescriptionThis part-time Program and Operations Coordinator role is based on-site in Greater Indianapolis. Responsibilities include planning and managing educational programs, coordinating operational tasks, and supporting the overall organizational goals. The coordinator will work closely with team members, students, and mentors to ensure smooth execution of training sessions and events, along with managing program logistics and maintaining operational efficiency.

Experience in planning, organizing, and managing educational programs and events. - Administrative
Skills:
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tasks. - People Management:
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for collaborating with team members, students, and mentors. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions. - Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with project management and/or scheduling tools, as well as basic computer skills. - Relevant academic background or experience in non-profit organizations, education, or operations management preferred.
