A leading aviation training company in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to develop and administer training programs for Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanics. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Aviation, at least 3 years of experience, and an A&P Mechanics Certificate. Responsibilities include delivering General Maintenance Manual (GMM) training, providing technical leadership, and assisting in performance reviews.
This role may require up to 50% travel and offers a dynamic work environment with various physical demands.
