The most powerful support you can give a student who hits 99% is to insist they reach 100%.

At Alpha, this isn't up for discussion—it's the foundation of daily practice. Students engage with academics through self-directed apps rather than traditional instruction from a teacher. This model allows you to focus on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating dynamic workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback culture. You'll drive student achievement toward every learning target using live analytics. You'll develop the Guides working with you.

Your resources include performance data, a battle-tested framework, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

You'll lead a student cohort and own three measurable outcomes: students are engaged and enthusiastic about school, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they acquire essential life competencies. Coaching other Guides begins immediately. As you demonstrate impact at scale, your authority over campus-wide program standards expands.

Atlanta:
Vibrant metropolitan area with temperate weather and cost of living that offers more value than coastal markets.

Fort Worth:
Zero state income tax, highly rated schools, and a family-oriented city featuring a thriving arts and culinary landscape.

Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating hour-long live workshops focused on life skills (public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's established playbook
  • Conducting motivation sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive architecture (campus currency, leaderboards) to achieve 100% student goal attainment
  • Developing Guides through coaching on program consistency and standards adherence, ensuring every session yields concrete improvement steps
  • Managing your own student cohort while simultaneously building capacity in other Guides
  • Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Delivering lectures or providing academic tutoring. Academic content is delivered through digital applications.
  • Creating curriculum or developing lesson plans. Alpha's playbook serves as your operational framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and student connection.
  • Accepting 99% when the target is 100%. Maintaining this boundary demonstrates your belief in student capability.
  • Coaching Guides on instructional pedagogy. Since Guides don't teach content, your coaching centers on energy management, student motivation, and accountability systems.
