We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Nails Teacher to join our faculty on a part‑time basis. As a Nails Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in educating students about various techniques in nail technology, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and sanitation practices. You will have the opportunity to inspire and nurture the next generation of beauty professionals in a supportive and engaging environment.

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with current industry standards and trends in nail technology
• Conduct hands‑on demonstrations and provide practical experience in nail care techniques
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to guide their development
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering creativity and student participation
• Remain current with advancements and innovations in the nail care industry to ensure relevant instruction
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations in all instructional practices

• Active Cosmetology License and Nail Technician License in the state of Indiana
• Must have a valid Beauty of Culture Educator License in the state of Indiana
• Experience in the nail industry with a strong portfolio of work
• Prior teaching experience or a genuine interest in educating others is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere
• Availability for part‑time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
