• Operate the track program within the philosophy of the school corporation expectations.
• Responsible for all squad members from reporting time until departure from school grounds.
• Ability to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program.
• Follow all guidelines and policies set forth by the school.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the coach and the administration.

Based on ECA Stipend Schedule

• The preferred candidate will be a licensed teacher or an individual who has experience with special needs students.
• The preferred candidate will have experience working with high school aged student athletes.
• The preferred candidate has coaching and playing experience.
