Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. The role will be responsible for managing all digital marketing platforms for Damar and its related subsidiaries, including websites, email marketing systems, social media channels, and digital registration/fundraising tools. Ensuring alignment with the organization’s brand across platforms, the Specialist creates and maintains web pages, digital tools, social posts, and email campaigns.
The position works collaboratively with internal teams to support organizational marketing needs and supports other creative endeavors on an as‑needed basis.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings, supervision, trainings, and other meetings as assigned.
- Serve as primary administrator for multiple Damar Word Press websites, performing regular maintenance and browser/performance testing.
- Build websites or lead execution of development, including designing, updating landing pages, digital forms, and other digital content.
- Manage Google AdWords campaigns or other pay‑per‑click ad campaigns, monitor Google reviews, and respond appropriately.
- Manage website structure, SEO settings, plugins, and basic integrations, ensuring all digital tools are properly connected and integrated.
- Manage and update third‑party online listings and directories with up‑to‑date content.
- Create, build, test, and send dynamic, targeted emails and e‑newsletters; track effectiveness of campaigns and open rates. Manage lists, segmentation, tagging, data hygiene, tracking and reporting performance.
- Develop, plan, schedule, and post content across all social channels; monitor engagement, respond and elevate as needed.
- Aid in capturing photos and video for websites, emails, e‑newsletters, and other marketing needs, regularly updating website photography and graphics.
- Manage relationships with Damar digital vendors and partners, keeping up with security and system updates across all digital marketing areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations or closely related field.
- Two to three years of professional experience.
- Experience with Word Press required.
- Photography experience preferred.
- Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- HTML, CSS or JavaScript experience preferred.
- Minimum age of 21 depending on program and/or department requirements.
- Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs per policy 1.HR.02 Pre‑Employment and Employee Background Checks.
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets Damar’s insurance carrier eligibility requirements.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen and physical as required.
