We are looking to strengthen our organizational leadership by adding outstanding talent to our faculty and staff whose passion is to serve our students.

• Teach two 80‑minute blocks each day, working with approximately 30 students per year.
• Collaborate weekly with the level team and conduct bi‑weekly department meetings.
• Participate in the department math help center each week.
• Engage in a monthly interdisciplinary learning community.
• Support students’ experiences outside the classroom by assisting in athletics or residential life and mentoring a small group of students.

• Teaching experience in mathematics with a focus on inquiry‑based, competency‑based, student‑centered instruction.
• Comfortable guiding students from Pre‑Algebra through Calculus.
• Strong interest in designing curriculum that enacts constructivist principles and develops specific competencies.

Professional development is available for all instructors, including off‑campus workshops and conferences, graduate work, research projects, faculty‑developed curriculum projects, and on‑campus teacher forums covering learning support, educational technology, and culture.
