• Create, propose and release monthly finance and tactical campaigns designed to stimulate sales.
• Gather feedback from retailers and track competitor finance activity to support continuous improvement.
• Lead quarterly performance reviews and recommend adjustments based on insights.
• Collaborate on volume planning to align campaigns with opportunities and stock levels.
• Support product teams with pricing exercises and customer insight activities.
• Oversee communication of offers across digital and print channels.
• Conduct structured testing with retailers and customers to refine processes and campaign structures.
• Support additional business requirements where necessary.

• Extensive experience in automotive commercial operations, ideally within an OEM environment.
• Background in tactical or finance-led campaign activity with proven impact on vehicle sales.
• Strong understanding of retail consumer finance.
• Experience across core campaign management responsibilities.
• Relevant qualification desirable.
• Commercially minded with strong drive to deliver results.
