Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Teacher located in Greater Indianapolis. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing curriculum, teaching and engaging with children, observing and assessing child development, and creating a positive learning environment. The teacher will also communicate with parents, collaborate with staff, and maintain a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
Qualifications- Skills in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in Teaching and Working With Children
- Understanding of Child Development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a nurturing and safe learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
