Horsemanship Instructor (2026 Summer Schools & Camps)

Position Overview
Responsible for Balanced Seat English Equitation, Mounted Drill and Horsemanship skills instruction for 25‑30 students daily. Instruct groups and individuals from basic to advanced, ensuring safe, enjoyable, and effective implementation of the Horsemanship/Cavalry Curriculum over a 7‑week program.

• Instruct Balanced Seat English Equitation, Mounted Drill and Horsemanship skills.
• Teach groups or individuals at all skill levels.
• Ensure safe, enjoyable, and effective implementation of the curriculum.
• Enforce rules, regulations and safety protocols while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, with proper grooming.

• High‑school graduate (or equivalent) and at least 18 years old; college experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated honesty, self‑discipline, strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Professional boundaries and respectful attitude toward coworkers, students and parents.
• Physical stamina and good health, able to complete the required orientation training.
• Equitation skills appropriate to the assigned level.
• International staff subject to visa terms;
