Qualifications- Possess prior experience and institutional capacity in developing actions and executing the services described in this procedure;
- Submit supporting documents (portfolios or certificates of technical capacity) relating to previous work developed within the scope of this procedure;
- Preferably companies or consultants that have already provided similar consultancy services, preferably in African countries;
- At least five (5) years of experience in consulting and specialized studies;
- Five (5) years of experience providing consultancy services to support activities in the education sector;
- Relevant experience in preparing studies related to higher education;
- Knowledge of the legal and policy framework of the education and teaching system, especially the higher education subsystem in Angola;
- Experience in developing teacher evaluation methodologies focusing on skills and competency descriptors;
- Proven experience in conducting seminars, workshops, and meetings;
- Must have knowledge of Angolan educational legislation
- Three years of experience analyzing standards and regulations of the higher education system, and the ability to ensure legal compliance in curricular harmonization proposals.
