• Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop strong ties with the community.

• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent and balanced schedule.

• Call Responsibilities:

  • Weekday call rotation: 1 in 7, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support.
  • Weekend call rotation: 1 in 14, promoting a reasonable on-call commitment.

• Average Outpatient Volume: Manage a manageable outpatient volume of 20-25 patients per day, allowing for personalized and thorough patient care.

• Specialty Focus: No inpatient work or OB responsibilities, providing a focused outpatient care environment.

• Diabetes.
• Hypertension.
• COPD.
• Wellness visits, emphasizing a holistic approach to patient well-being.

• Lab Services: Access onsite lab facilities for efficient diagnostic services.
• Imaging: Comprehensive imaging services available within the same building.
• Sports Medicine: Collaborate with sports medicine professionals conveniently located in the same building.
• Outpatient Physical Therapy: Access to onsite physical therapy services, enhancing comprehensive patient care.
