Daily rotation among providers, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient care, from 7 am to 7 am. Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal MD candidate should bring proficiency in a diverse range of cases, including Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, and Ortho. Essential skills encompass Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals, with proof of experience in these procedures. Team Dynamics:
Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team consisting of 1 MD and 2 CRNAs during the day. Oversee 2 ORs and 1 Endo Room, contributing to a vibrant and supportive work environment. Technological Landscape:
