Provide high-quality patient care. Average outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per day. Telehealth services offered. Practice Environment:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m. Flexible full-time schedule;
No weekends or holidays. Call Responsibilities: 1:6. Common Diagnoses:
Child and adult wellness visits. Back pain. Endocrinology issues. Hypertension. Heart failure. Support and Culture:
