Hours:

Engage in a total of 36 patient contact hours per week, ensuring comprehensive patient care delivery. Call Responsibilities:
Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call on a 1:4 rotation, collaborating with experienced physicians to provide continuity of care. Supervision of Nurse Practitioner:
Assist in providing collaboration and supervision of Nurse Practitioners, contributing to a team-based approach to patient care. Average Patient Volume:
See an average of 20 - 25 patients per day in the outpatient setting and manage an average inpatient volume of 2 - 3 patients per day. Average Deliveries:
Perform an average of 5 - 6 deliveries per month at Franciscan Health Michigan City, contributing to comprehensive obstetric care. Advanced Technology:
Benefit from blocked OR time with Da Vinci Robotics on site and access to ultrasound services, enhancing diagnostic and treatment capabilities. J1 Waivers and H1B Candidates Welcome:
