Education and Experience Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Interventional or Diagnostic Radiology Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology or dual tract DR/IR training is essential Possession of an Indiana Medical License Maintaining current BLS/ACLS certifications Schedule Details:
