Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Primary & Specialty Care Services team in Hagerstown, IN.Full-time hospital employed position

Team: 3 Nurse Practitioners, MA's, an office assistant, and manager.

Office

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6pmSchedule will vary depending on provider.

Education/

Experience:

Board Eligible or Board Certified

Required:

Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine Experience Requirements:
Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians

Licensure:
Indiana Medical License

Certifications:

Must maintain BLS/ACLSCompensation Details:
