Family Practice - OB Physician Job Bourbon Indiana USA,Doctor/Physician

Position: Family Practice - With OB Physician
Location: Bourbon

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until all patients are seen.
Call is 1:7 (phone call only)
Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
Average patient census per day is 18-22

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine

Active DEA (or willing to obtain)
- REQUIRED
BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain)
- REQUIRED
COVID Vaccination
- REQUIRED
Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field)
- REQUIRED
EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
