Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Bariatrician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital North
. Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide support throughout the entire process.

• Accredited Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence®
• Focus on medical bariatrics/obesity medicine
• No call
• Non-surgical
• Established referral system
• Great work atmosphere with engaged cohesive partners

• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in bariatric medicine & ABOM certification
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
