This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN.

• Established team of physicians, MD only group
• 26 weeks a year of week‑on‑week‑off; or 2‑3 days per week
• Coverage of main hospital OR and attached OP surgery center
• Variety of cases including OP Pediatrics
• Market competitive salary and benefits (paid CME)

BE/BC in Anesthesiology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
