This physician will join an employed physician group of over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN.

• Community Physician Network is seeking a team-oriented & skilled Non-Invasive Cardiologist who is motivated to make a difference in their community. Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well‑deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.
• Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 49 Cardiologists, 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.
• Fully integrated advanced program offering all services with the exception of transplantation.
• Chest pain accreditation with 24/7 STEMI coverage, VAD accreditation, structural heart program, Impella program, heart failure program, cardio‑oncology, pulmonary hypertension.

• American Board of Cardiology certification
• Indiana medical license required

• Interest in growing an outpatient practice
• Interest in Cardiac MRI & advanced imaging would be a plus but not required
• Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of the care team
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
