CSOis currently seeking an experienced Project Architect/Manager, with a primary focus on educationprojects
. A talented, energetic and driven individual looking to advance their career, would be the right fit for our results driven company.
Project Architect/Manager will have the ability to manage projects and project teams and produce documents through all project phases, aswell as experience managing clients and coordination with consultants.
Requirements- Licensed Architect
- Minimum6-10 years of experience managing educationprojects
- Strongdesign and graphic skills, exceptional knowledge of spaceprogramming, contract documents, detailing,specifications, team production management and contract administration
- Abilityto communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and inwriting
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and associates
- Strong computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office), as required to manage project teams
