Role Description

This is a full‑time role based in Indianapolis, IN. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients to execute design projects from concept to completion. You will also work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support design development from concept through installation
  • < presentation materials, mood boards, and client decks
  • Develop space plans and construction documents
  • Assist with FF&E sourcing, specifications, and procurement
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and support project installations
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Interior Design program required
  • 0–3 years of professional experience
  • NCIDQ certified or actively pursuing certification preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude
