A company is looking for a Senior Multimedia Learning Developer responsible for designing and delivering complex digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end video production for enterprise learning initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency Design and develop complex interactive eLearning solutions incorporating multimedia elements Serve as a subject matter expert in multimedia and digital learning technologies within a regulated healthcare environment
Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in digital learning development or multimedia production Advanced proficiency in video production and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) Strong capability in motion graphics and animation Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Experience with SCORM/xAPI and LMS platforms
