Our client, a well-established and growing construction organization in Northern Indiana, is seeking a licensed Architect to lead commercial building design projects from concept through completion.

This is a hands‑on role offering full project ownership, client interaction, and field involvement. Youll work on impactful commercial projects and collaborate directly with construction leadership to deliver innovative, compliant, and functional designs.

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction completion
• Meet with clients and stakeholders to translate vision into actionable plans
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Prepare construction‑ready plans, specifications, and documentation
• Ensure all designs meet local and state building codes and regulations
• Identify and resolve design challenges proactively
• Oversee project drawings, studies, and preliminary budgets
• Support bidding and project planning activities
• Visit active job sites to ensure adherence to architectural plans

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Active state architectural licensure
• Minimum 3+ years of AutoCAD experience;
  Revit proficiency required
• Strong commercial construction knowledge
• Deep understanding of building products, construction details, and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid drivers license
