Technical Recruiter - Engineering @ Zobility | Managing High-Volume Engineering Recruitment Base pay range

What You’ll Do Design Development- Create complete interior design concepts across RV models, combining aesthetics, comfort, and practical space use.
- Develop materials, color palettes, surfaces, and fixtures aligned with brand identity.
- Design multifunctional layouts ideal for compact living environments.
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and design packages for manufacturing.
- Use AI-assisted design tools for rendering, rapid variation, and visualization.
- Support long-term design strategy, innovation projects, and prototype development.
- Maintain digital and physical material libraries for cross-team use.
- Assist with digital floor plans, spatial planning, and graphic/paint development.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams throughout production.
- Manage design projects from concept through manufacturing handoff.
- Solve challenges related to weight, safety, and space optimization.
- Perform quality checks during production to ensure design accuracy.
- Support SKU tracking and lifecycle maintenance across functions.
- Track design trends across residential, hospitality, and transportation sectors.
- Research new materials, technologies, and sustainability opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and analyze competitor designs.
- Develop innovative storage and space‑saving features.
- Study buyer personas, lifestyle shifts, and market trends to guide future products.
- Consult with customers on custom design requests and special orders.
- Present concepts to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to customer‑facing design materials and showroom displays.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in transportation interiors, compact living spaces, or similar fields.
- Strong proficiency in CAD and design visualization tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and mobile‑application materials.
- Knowledge of lightweight, durable, and aesthetic materials.
- Strong grasp of ergonomics and confined‑space planning.
- Familiarity with RV‑specific codes and safety standards.
- Experience with sustainable materials and design approaches.
- Creative problem‑solver with excellent spatial reasoning.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong project management skills.
- Effective communicator across technical and creative teams.
- Adaptable to changing trends and customer needs.
