• As a Dental Assistant, assist the orthodontist in clinical treatment of patients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the clinical area, sterilize instruments, and stock all clinical supplies.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment.
• As an Observation Coordinator, facilitate influential communication and the smooth transition of patients into the practice and present treatment with the orthodontist.
• Serve as the main point of contact for patients who have a relationship with us and are in our growth monitoring program.
