Rick Burns Orthodontics is looking for a talented and passionate Orthodontist to join our state-of-the-art practices in Elkhart and Middlebury, Indiana! This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside Dr. Rick Burns, a highly respected and experienced orthodontist with two well-established private practices that have tremendous growth potential.

- Ownership Opportunities
- Over $400,000 annual salary
- 7 operatories with a well-trained, experienced team
- Full-time (4-5 Days a week)
- Robust benefits package which includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K, and CE opportunities
- Willing to negotiate with the right candidate
- Valid Dentist License and Orthodontic Specialty Certification
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for building patient relationships
