Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Lead. The Practice Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and support the dental staff, and ensure that patient care standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, managing patient records, supporting clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role is located in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in healthcare or dental practice management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with dental or healthcare management software
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Indianapolis, IN
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
