E&J Heating and Cooling is local HVAC company seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support and solutions to our valued clients. Responsibilities- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Assist clients with sales opportunities by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure professional and friendly interactions.
- Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order entries efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Previous call center or customer support experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly.
- Experience in outbound calling, sales, or client services will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
