We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our event marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for working in fast‑paced environments. The representative will interact directly with customers at live promotional events, deliver exceptional service, and help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service during promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Represent client brands in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner.
- Communicate product information, promotions, and services clearly to customers.
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
. - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
