We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join our team! Duties
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide timely assistance and solutions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management.
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct data entry accurately into various systems, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and complete.
  • Manage payments or refunds efficiently and securely.
  • Perform analysis of customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client services and uphold high standards of customer support.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in call center operations or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills.
  • Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records is essential.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
