Weekend Visitor Center Specialist

We work to promote the vibrant experiences, unique attractions, and deep hospitality roots of the region—including our world‑class resorts, breathtaking scenery, historic downtowns, and timeless small‑town charm.

The Visitors Center Specialist is the first face of Timeless French Lick, welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of our region. This is a public‑facing, concierge‑style role focused on helping visitors and groups make the most of their time in the area by providing personalized recommendations, directions, and connections to local attractions, hotels, restaurants, and events.

• Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing accurate information about attractions, dining, accommodations, and local events.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with walk‑in inquiries.
• Maintain Visitor Center displays, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Record visitor interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Support special events or CVB initiatives as needed.
• Ensure the Visitor Center remains organized, clean, and inviting.
• Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Availability for a flexible weekend schedule.
