Shooting Range Attendant

BASIC FUNCTION:

Assist in conducting educational programs for guests and staff. Assist at the clay and archery shooting ranges and keep the ranges and equipment in optimal condition.

Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).

• Must be able to obtain First Aid Certification.

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.

Must possess a sense of passion for improving safety standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.

Must possess demonstrated communication skills to adequately train individuals and groups in safety procedures.

Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Functioning knowledge of the point‑of‑sale system.

Lead by example to train and reinforce company procedures.

Always maintain firearm and archery safety.

Educate customers on best range safety practices and overseeing range rule enforcement.

Greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a manner that is in line with company values.

Monitor to ensure that lead safety program is strictly followed.

Work range rental counter.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Management.
