Compensation: $35,000 – $41,500 per year + Benefits
Job OverviewWe are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver high-quality support and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and written communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information about services, accounts, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when required.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and performance goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
- Active listening and empathy when addressing customer concerns.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
- Flexible to work day, evening, or weekend shifts as needed.
