• Answer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquires
• Research required information using available resources
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter customer information
• Process orders and forms
• Identify and escape priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Follow up on customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs
• Take orders by obtaining and verifying information
• Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts, explaining latest items or featured product

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service or retail related products (as assigned)
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems

• Stand or sit forlong periodsof time

• $16.00 - $17.00/hour

• Monday through Friday: 7:30AM–3:30PM
• One Saturday every three weeks, with hours ranging from 8:00AM – 1:00PM.
