** Position Overview*
* MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for call center representatives to support the "Get out the vote" effort. In this role, you will make outbound calls on behalf of the Republican party to encourage voting in the 2020 presidential election. Candidates should be comfortable calling for the Republican party, have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn, and highly reliable.

** Responsibilities*
* - Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
- Research and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems.
- Follow client processes and perform tasks courteously.
- Use systems and technology for account management.
- Document and process customer claims accurately.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Use knowledge bases to answer questions.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure first call resolution.
- Attend training and review materials.
- Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements.

** Qualifications*
* - Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience with data entry and computer use.
- Fluent in English.
- Wired internet (20

Mbps+).
- Good communication and typing skills.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Reliable with good attendance.
- Customer service oriented.
- Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

** Preferred*
* - 1+ year in customer service or contact center roles.
- Federal or state work experience.
