• Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional customer service
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
• Direct incoming customers  equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and customer reservations
• Assist with the Company  U-Box portable storage product

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking

• Experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with reservation management systems or logistics software
