At Edward Jones, you’ll be a key member of a field associate branch team— the first voice a client hears when they call or the first face they see when they walk in the door. You will partner with a financial advisor to help clients identify and achieve their most prized financial goals.

This posting will remain open for 30 days from 16‑Dec‑2025 or until the volume of applicants allows early closure.
- Deliver exceptional personalized service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Support the financial advisor in account opening, account transfers, and other client‑service requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle correspondence, scheduling, and marketing initiatives.
- Use technology tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
- Collaborate with the client‑support team to streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan.
- Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, and Adaptability.
- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new technology.
- Team collaboration and strong client‑service orientation.
