Your role at Baxter- You'll provide support for internal and external customers on Hill-Rom Products (both capital and rental products, including Sales and Service literature), via the telephone, fax, and email in a call center technical support environment.
- This role efficiently provides customer service support.
- This role is a hybrid position and will report onsite three days a week. The other two days are remote days.

- Phone support for all incoming calls to the department
- Research account numbers / request new account numbers for customers
- Research part numbers for customers
- Run reports to provide purchase histories for beds and parts
- Place orders in the ERP system for all customers (Fax, Email and Phone)
- Verification of shipments for customers
- Request new part numbers and pricing to be added to ERP system
- Generation of RMAs for return products
- Verify serial numbers for warranty and bed version to determine bed functions for correct parts to be ordered
- Work with the Credit Department on parts orders with credit holds
- Work with Service Stores on back-ordered parts and ship dates
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years customer service experience preferred
- Adapts to new technologies and is comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills required
- High attention to detail required
- A strong individual contributor who can work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Schedule flexibility; ability to work weekends and holidays
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6pm
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base hourly rate of $18.00. The above rate represents the expected hourly range for this position.
The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
