Schedule: Full Time – Shifts Vary, Weekend Rotations required

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) your stellar communication skills will directly contribute to providing competent and compassionate health care for pets and a warm memorable experience for their human families.

Our ideal team member will understand the importance of exceptional client service and patient advocacy, and how it relates to helping choose the best preventive and urgent care for pets. Additionally, the right person should have a positive attitude, an ability to work efficiently under pressure, and be passionate about learning and growing in our practice, as well as their career.
