## Full Time/Part Time Customer Service Representative
** Full Time and Part Time Openings Available.
** This position's primary responsibility will be answering incoming calls into our call center and processing floral orders received by phone or online. Other tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to answer the phones in a professional manner  - Good communication and speaking is a must!  - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM  - Must be able to anticipate and meet the needs of customers ensuring customer satisfaction  - Must be able to research and resolve issues with minimal supervision  - Must be able to multi-task and work on small side projects  - Customer Service Experience Preferred We are hiring for full and part-time positions at our Downtown, Indianapolis location.
