Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm 12 - 28 hours/week
OVERVIEWWorking as Part-time eCommerce Customer Service, you will monitor the flow of non-branch account orders received through that cannot be fulfilled by a single distribution center. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, service and delivery to our customers. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing the order fulfillment cycle by sourcing from hubs, branches and vendors
- Communicating expectations to the customer
- Ensuring product is packed and shipped properly
- Answering customer calls, questions and complaints
- Possess sales or customer service work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of audiences
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

- Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
- Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing OR equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
