eCommerce Customer Service 5851 Guion Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46254 IN100 Distribution Center

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm 12 - 28 hours/week

Working as Part-time eCommerce Customer Service, you will monitor the flow of non-branch account orders received through  that cannot be fulfilled by a single distribution center. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, service and delivery to our customers. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

• Managing the order fulfillment cycle by sourcing from hubs, branches and vendors
• Communicating expectations to the customer
• Ensuring product is packed and shipped properly
• Answering customer calls, questions and complaints

• Possess sales or customer service work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of audiences
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

• Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

• Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing OR equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
