Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Multimedia Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and preparing visual graphics for Hoosier Lottery and Brightstar Indiana. This role involves managing design development and layout for printed, digital, and video assets, ensuring high-quality production across all mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic animation, motion graphics, and video support, including content creation.
  • Perform video production, editing, and post-production using Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro.
  • Support marketing initiatives by shooting and editing video for promotions and press releases.
  • Design and develop layouts for printed, digital, and video assets as assigned.
  • Create, package, and review approved artwork with print vendors to ensure quality print production.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with project managers and print vendors to meet qualitative and regulatory requirements.
  • Create advanced digital/social media assets (e.g., GIFs, Instagram, Facebook content).
  • Produce animated graphics for social media and digital displays.
  • Work with Brightstar technology teams on game support as needed (mock-ups, logos, animated graphics, play slips, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Photography, Illustrative Artwork, or Video Production from an accredited institution.
  • 5–10 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia production preferred.
  • Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for design and layout.
  • Experience with advanced print techniques and special projects (e.g., brochures, newsletters) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of digital and web design is a plus.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200 - $133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
