Join us in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism. Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Multimedia Producer. The Multimedia Producer is responsible for planning, shooting, producing, and editing video and photography projects that bring Damar’s mission to life. This role creates high‑quality video and photo content for internal and external campaigns (e.g., television advertising, social reels, awards breakfast winner videos), staff training and engagement videos, donor engagement stories, and community storytelling.
The producer manages projects end‑to‑end, from concept through post‑production, ensuring brand consistency and technical excellence.

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content to meet internal and external needs.
- Capture and edit photography for events, campaigns, client profiles, and publications.
- Produce TV, radio, and digital commercials, in collaboration with external partners when needed.
- Maintain an organized media library and manage production equipment.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications team to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
- Ensure all multimedia content reflects organizational brand standards and accessibility best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of professional video production and photography experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Demonstrated experience with lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Experience producing content for both broadcast and digital platforms.
- Minimum age of 21 depending on program and / or department requirements.
- Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs as detailed in policy 1.HR.02 Pre-Employment and Employee Background Checks.
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen and physical required.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard;
to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
