Clayton Christian Church (CCC) is a Christ-centered community in Clayton, Indiana, committed to worshiping God in Spirit and truth and making disciples who make disciples. We are seeking a Worship and Arts Minister who will lead our congregation into authentic, engaging worship and help develop our worship ministry for the future.

The Worship and Arts Minister is accountable to the eldership and under the daily oversight of the Senior Pastor. This full-time role is responsible for leading, developing, and expanding the worship ministry  ideal candidate will be musically gifted, tech-savvy, all-in, and a team player with a heart that is hungry, humble, and smart.

• Plan weekly services in collaboration with the Senior Pastor.
• Lead worship services, including band, vocals, and tech elements.
• Recruit, train, and shepherd a team of volunteers (band, vocalists, sound, video, lights).
• Utilize Planning Center to coordinate volunteers and resources.
• Lead weekly rehearsals and Sunday morning sound checks.
• Plan and execute special services (Christmas, Good Friday, etc.).
• Oversee purchase and maintenance of A/V and musical equipment.
• Invest in personal and team spiritual, musical, and professional growth.
• Assist with church events and other ministry areas as needed.

• Committed Christian with a growing faith and passion for Jesus, the Church, and His Kingdom.
• Ability to lead worship with a band (singing and playing guitar or keys).
• Experienced musician with strong understanding of harmony, chords, and arrangements.
• Skilled in communicating to both large and small groups.
• Ability to craft worship experiences that honor God, engage culture, and reflect CCC’s vision.
• Tech-savvy, capable of learning CCC’s sound, video, and livestream systems.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
