Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Our client is hiring Project Managers to support continued growth in the Indianapolis market. This role manages commercial construction projects from planning through closeout - either owning smaller projects end-to-end or leading phases of larger, high-profile builds. The ideal candidate is field-connected, execution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced general contractor environment.

A. BS degree is required. Compensation includes bonus, vehicle allowance, ESOP and other benefits. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Work hours: 8am to 5pm

• Lead commercial construction projects or project phases from planning through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendor coordination
• Drive safety culture and quality standards
• Maintain communication with owners, designers, and internal teams
• Monitor project performance, reporting, and cost controls

• Bachelor's degree required - Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 3-5+ years of commercial construction experience in an APM or PM role
• Field-connected GC experience managing active projects
• strong ownership mindset, accountability, and communication skills
