Construction Project Manager

• 4–7 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Manager
• Commercial construction experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree (in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership experience on construction projects (leading teams, scopes, or phases)
• Typical hours range from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Roughly 50 hrs./week)
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work product and project results

• Experience leading a specific phase of large, complex commercial projects
• Prior exposure to formal quality management systems
• Background working for a reputable commercial GC or CM

The Project Manager is a jobsite-based position and will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects or defined project phases, with a high level of ownership over safety, schedule, cost, quality, and team performance. This role is ideal for a process‑driven PM with strong commercial experience who has leadership capability and is still moldable and eager to grow within Messer’s systems and culture.

• You will lead teams on active construction projects, often owning a specific stage or portion of a larger project, while working closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal partners.
