Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Indianapolis, IN. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities will include managing construction teams, coordinating with project managers, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and managing resources and budgets efficiently. The Superintendent will also serve as a key communicator between clients and onsite crews.
Qualifications- Construction Site Management and Construction Safety expertise
- Project Management capabilities to oversee timelines, teams, and deliverables effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and permit requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role
