About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Center construction projects as part of a long‑term regional program with 3+ years of planned work. This role offers strong project ownership, schedule autonomy, and the opportunity to manage high‑value, mission‑critical construction projects from start to finish.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be trusted to run your projects like a business — balancing schedule, budget, people, and client expectations — while working closely with internal teams, customers, and general contractors. Work schedules are driven by jobsite and client needs, but Project Managers are given the authority to manage their own day‑to‑day schedules while ensuring proper site oversight.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Managing multiple construction projects of varying size, complexity, and scope
- Creating and submitting Schedules of Values (SOVs) as required
- Tracking project budget vs. cost, forecasting estimates to complete (ETC), and maintaining financial accountability
- Developing and submitting change order budgets, including soliciting bids and quotes from subcontractors and material vendors
- Planning project execution, staffing needs, and assigning responsibilities to ensure productivity and quality
- Hiring and developing project team members for current and future projects
- Ensuring projects are completed on time while building strong client relationships and avoiding unnecessary penalties
- Procuring and allocating labor, materials, and resources to prevent shortages and delays
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, including design issues, scheduling conflicts, and regulatory impacts
- Managing project closeout, documentation, and final deliverables
- 2+ years of Construction Project Management experience on projects valued at $1M+
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Project scheduling
- Material ordering and procurement
- Budget management and cost control
- Workforce coordination and supervision
- Project closeout
- Strong commercial construction
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Data center or mission‑critical construction experience (highly preferred)
- Experience with RFIs, construction documentation, and site development
- Long‑term project stability with 3+ years of confirmed work
- Autonomy and trust to manage your schedule and projects

This is a Permanent position based out of New Carlisle, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
